We provide you with a mobile specialist according to the service requested by you, and you choose the place and time, without a day off.
We emphasize that all specialists are qualified, possessing the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure the highest quality of the service offered.
How do I book an appointment?
The reservation requires no more than a minute and is easy and convenient through our website. All you have to do is click on the "Save time" button and then follow the on-screen instructions to select the time and procedure you are stopping at. The AlekSandria system works entirely with online payment, for which you need to enter your data. In this way we guarantee security and transparency. The price of the procedures includes all fees, so you do not need to have cash if the massage is paid in advance.
How much will the procedure cost me?
As we offer a wide range of up-to-date pricing services, you can find out more from our website. All prices quoted on the booking page are complete and final, including transport and no hidden fees.
What to prepare for the visit?
With regard to massage services for hygienic reasons, we require you to have 3 pcs. towels large size. Everything else such as a professional massage table, cosmetics, disinfectants, mask for the therapist are our responsibility! For all other services, the necessary items are provided by the therapist.
How do I cancel my reservation?
We understand the hectic lifestyle in the urban environment and if an unforeseen event changes your plans and you would like to cancel an already made reservation, we offer you the following conditions:

2. You will be informed of the amount that will be refunded to you in accordance with our cancellation policy
3. You will be invited to keep the amount refundable with us so that you can easily use it in your next procedure.
4. You can also choose to have the funds refunded to your account, which can take up to 5 business days
5. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund

You will also be charged the full amount if you decide to cancel your reservation during or after the procedure, as well as if you provide inaccurate time and place details when booking.
