- The value of all gift vouchers that ALEXANDRIA SPA Ltd. provides are denominated in Bulgarian levs.
- When using a voucher, it is handed over to the therapist.
- If you do not use the entire value of the voucher, the remaining amount is not refundable.
- After purchase, the vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months. from the date of issue.
- ALEXANDRIA SPA Ltd. does not refund, indemnify or compensate for unused vouchers.
- The resale of a gift voucher issued by ALEXANDRIA SPA Ltd. is not allowed.
- If the amount for procedures exceeds the value of the purchased voucher, the user of services and products is obliged to pay the excess amount.
